How retention works
All accounts: each individual transfer may be up to 5 GB. Free transfers: remain available for 5 days, then are removed automatically. Paid plans: retain files up to their plan’s retained-file allowance while the subscription is active. Monthly plans are valid for 30 days, quarterly plans for 90 days, and yearly plans for 365 days. After expiry there is a 5–7 day renewal grace period; if not renewed, retained files are permanently deleted. All subscription payments are final; no refunds are offered.
